We grow hops of unrivalled flavour and character that intimately reflect the microclimate in which they grow.  We collaborate directly with craft brewers from around the world to coax unique and exciting flavours from our beloved little valley.  SubZero Hop Kief® is our innovative, cryogenic dry hopping liquid which is made from amazing lots of all your favourite varietals. SubZero Hop Kief® is never blended with or sourced from material that didn’t go out at lot selection to the world’s foremost craft brewers.
